About Me
I'm Amy, founder of Amy Bellis Bookkeeping. As a serial entrepreneur myself, I have literally walked in your shoes (I am actually walking side by side with you). My accounting career started in corporate but I quickly learned that I am allergic to that environment!
I have owned a pet care business, a cottage bakery, a coaching practice, and spent twenty years partnering with my husband as office manager and accountant in our construction company. I am passionate about small businesses. I believe women owned small businesses are the backbone of our society and are an integral part of the health and well being of our families.
Starting Amy Bellis Bookkeeping takes me full circle. I live on a little farm in New Jersey where we host events to share our love of animals with others. Your business is your personality - it is an extension of you and I can help you understand your numbers with no shame or judgement, just patience and understanding. I really do get it.
